Rental Policy
Reservation of rental plants is necessary as early as possible for your event so that we can have the proper stock available for your occasion. However we reserve the right to make substitutions with similar plants.
- Payment in full is due before plants are delivered.
- All rentals require a charge card guarantee.
- Rentals are for 1 night.
- Delivery & pick up fees and/or set up fee will be determined based on distance, time & accessibility.
- We reserve the right to charge for damage to plants up to the full retail value of the rental plants.
- It is expected that our plants will come back in the same condition as when they leave Legacy Gardens. Please remember that plants are living things and can be stressed or damaged by direct sunlight, strong winds or excessive heat. They also may need a drink of water while in your care. Thanks for taking good care of our plants.
